Previews are created using information you provide and publicly available business details. Ownership of the final website transfers to you only after full payment is received.

Payment Terms

Our services are offered at the prices displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Payment is required before we deliver the final website files and hosting setup. We accept major credit cards and process payments through secure third-party payment providers.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have concerns about your order.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the custom website we create for you. However, GrowLocalHub retains the right to use anonymized versions or screenshots of your website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing. Any proprietary tools, templates, or systems used in the creation process remain the property of GrowLocalHub.

No Guarantee of Business Results

While we design websites to be professional and conversion-focused, GrowLocalHub does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, traffic levels, leads, or revenue increases. Website performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your industry, location, competition, and how you use and promote your website.

Limitation of Liability

GrowLocalHub provides services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.
