Welcome to GrowLocalHub. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before submitting any information or making a purchase.
Website Preview Service
GrowLocalHub offers a website preview service where we create a custom website mockup based on your business information. The free preview is provided as a demonstration of what we can build for you. Previews are created using information you provide and publicly available business details. Ownership of the final website transfers to you only after full payment is received.
If you do not approve the preview, no payment is due, the website is not published, and it does not transfer to you. The preview is provided for your review only; it may not be copied, published, or used elsewhere until full payment is received.
Payment Terms
Our services are offered at the prices displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Payment is required before we deliver the final website files and hosting setup. We accept major credit cards and process payments through secure third-party payment providers.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have concerns about your order.
Recurring Monthly Plans
Some services (for example, website care, lead recovery, or growth plans) are billed monthly in addition to, or instead of, a one-time website purchase. Website packages are one-time projects with no ongoing obligation. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice and no cancellation fee. Recurring plans may include usage-based features (such as SMS, email, or call minutes) that are subject to the limits and overage rates shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business information for your website
- Ensure you have the rights to any content, images, or logos you provide
- Respond to communication regarding your project in a timely manner
- Use your website in compliance with applicable laws
Ownership, Hosting, and Intellectual Property
You own the finished website once full payment is received. The pages, content, and business information are yours. Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours.
Final website files are delivered to you at launch. There is no ongoing platform fee and no lock-in. You can move hosting providers at any time. GrowLocalHub sets up hosting for your site at launch and can recommend a provider if you want to self-manage it going forward. You can migrate your website to another host or provider whenever you want; GrowLocalHub can assist with the transfer.
The design system, templates, and internal tools GrowLocalHub uses to build sites remain GrowLocalHub property. This does not affect your ownership of your own delivered website.
GrowLocalHub retains the right to use anonymized versions or screenshots of your website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
No Guarantee of Business Results
While we design websites to be professional and conversion-focused, GrowLocalHub does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, traffic levels, leads, or revenue increases. Website performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your industry, location, competition, and how you use and promote your website.
Limitation of Liability
GrowLocalHub provides services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.
